Front Desk & Hospitality Coordinator

Onsite | Minnetonka, MN | Temp-to-Hire | $21-23/hour

We are seeking a Front Desk & Hospitality Coordinator who brings warmth, professionalism, and intentional care to every interaction. This role is the face, tone, and first impression of the firm, setting the standard for how clients, guests, and team members experience our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and guests warmly and professionally
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Manage conference room scheduling and setup
  • Maintain a polished reception area and shared spaces
  • Stock office and kitchen supplies
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and basic office logistics
  • Provide light administrative and front-office support

Schedule & Pay

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Location: 100% onsite - Minnetonka, MN
  • Type: Temp-to-Hire
  • Pay: $21-23/hour
